We can be involved in as much or as little as the client requires, however, for best results it would be advised to have a project manager involved from as early as stage as possible.

As seen by browsing our services we are available to be involved from the time the first concept sketches are put together. In doing so a fine balance of design v cost efficiency can be found.

Once construction begins Build Direct will open accounts in providers under the client’s names. These accounts will be treated as contractor’s accounts with rates applied accordingly. We will then continue to tender, check and negotiate with all sub-contractors required. Build Direct will also have a project manager visiting site every day to ensure all works are being carried out to the high standard we have come to expect of all trades and sub-contractors used.

As part of the service a safety officer will be appointed and all insurance can be arranged for each individual job as the safety of the site, the project, the personnel and the client is of the utmost importance at Build Direct.
